Job Description

As an appreciated member of the company’s intelligence group, a Commercial Analyst will communicate with the customers in person to help them manage their data-driven conclusions, delivering complete reports on portfolio improvement levels.

The ideal applicant should be able to fully understand concepts and initiatives and help navigate the BI team to continuous growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Acquire information that demonstrates detailed data analysis for customers

  • Help customers with their requirements

  • Conduct routine data check and reporting duties

  • Propose suggestions on how to improve online research and data-driven decisions

  • Develop, implement, and perform analysis on noteworthy statements to boost decision making

  • Present data in a straightforward, easy-to-digest manner

Qualifications

  • SQL server proficiency is preferred

  • Must have operating knowledge of Tableau

  • Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken

  • A detail-oriented, analytical, and curious mindset

  • Capability to analyze data and apply logic to address work-related points and subjects

  • Proficiency in operating with Microsoft Office tables and having excellent Microsoft Excel skills

  • Capacity to work on medium and complex tasks with an all-around approach and minimal suggestions

  • Ability to exercise autonomous decision making

  • Capability to multi-task and function under pressure

  • Proficiency in effectively implementing product modifications while holding and enhancing overall client satisfaction

  • Having an iGaming working background is considered an advantage
