We give €250 as part of our 'refer-a-friend' initiative to people who merely want to refer someone. If we place your reference with one of our clients and the referred individual successfully completes the company's probation period, you will earn €250.

The payment of €250 will be made only after the candidate has settled into their new employment, i.e. after the probation term has ended.
