Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner supports the human resources function of the company, reporting to the Head of HR. The business partner will closely collaborate with supervisors and managers regarding individual growth, assuring correct talent direction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Comprehend precise people preferences and goals in cooperation with the senior leadership group

  • Sustain the firm by developing and implementing employee-driven schedules and endeavors

  • Deliver strategic company backing to the whole community as needed

  • Be an authorized consultant to the business by setting and holding healthy connections 

  • Guide and help the talent plan and implementation of regime procedures across the company

  • Team up with industry leaders to solve complicated administrative challenges

  • Proactively deliver unique, innovative solutions to industry standardization

  • Guides a wholesome and optimistic corporate attitude in cooperation with managers

  • Implement plans associated with talent supervision, profession choices, performance supervision, recognition, and administrative growth

  • Performs closely with and coaches administrators to evaluate talents and develop methods to employ the most talented workers

  • Leads propelling invention and ongoing HR strategy refinement endeavors

  • Calculations metrics in cooperation with HR counterparts to design solutions, schedules, and procedures
