Job Description

The Key Account Manager should be liable for accepting, maintaining, and optimizing business connections and partnerships to achieve the highest quality business KPIs. The job will establish relationships, improve loyalty, and appropriately provide customers with the most practical, customized, and rewarding experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing company resources and specialists to carry out an analysis of promotional campaigns and marketing strategies

  • Keeping close track of the performance of promotional drives to recognize problems or issues that may arise

  • Working closely with company stakeholders to optimize tactics and ensure KPI targets are adequately met

  • Distributing and presenting various information to customers about upcoming game updates and alternatives

  • Act as an intermediary between internal departments and buyers

  • Performing as an escalation point for customers having any issues and compelling problem solution actions

  • Delivering root-cause study, guiding constant improvement and implementation of resolutions

  • Establishing and improving necessary account relationships

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in the online gaming industry, ideally B2B strategic role

  • Good commercial understanding and knowledge of business growth

  • Experienced at effective client management at a senior rank

  • Analytical with the capability to think strategically

  • Have a natural passion for making business deals, negotiations, decision-making, and problem-solving

  • Academic background in a related area

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential (knowledge of an extra language is a plus)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint
